Frequently Asked Questions:
Are ZipCup sachets single-use?
Yes. Each ZipCup sachet contains 10 grams of ground coffee, ideal for one cup. After the first use, the coffee is fully extracted. Using it again will result in a flat, flavorless brew with a burnt taste.
How much water is needed per sachet?
200 ml, or roughly one small cup. Do not pour all the water at once. For the best results, pour slowly and evenly over the coffee grounds.
Do I need a specific cup size?
No. However, if you’re using a large mug, do not fill it completely with water, as this will dilute the flavor.
How much caffeine is in one sachet?
ZipCup contains 100% Colombian Arabica coffee, which provides a moderate level of caffeine.
Can the coffee lose its flavor or aroma over time?
ZipCup is ground, vacuum-sealed, and protected from oxygen at the factory, ensuring long-lasting freshness. However, if the sachet is left open for an extended period, flavor and aroma may gradually fade.
Does the filter affect the taste of the coffee?
No. The filter is not made of paper, but of a special food-grade fiber that’s resistant to high temperatures and does not affect the taste of the coffee.
Are there other flavors of ZipCup available?
Currently, the first ZipCup product features 100% Colombian Arabica coffee. More varieties will be added to the ZipCup product range in the future.
